I have a 1780 1631 planter with an original greenstar system, my problem is the inconsistent seed monitoring. It will tell me rows are not planting that are and rows planting that aren’t. And then at times it will work perfectly. Seed sensors seem to be okay, what or where should I look ?

I hate to recommend diagnosis by replacement, but I wonder if something is going wrong with your wedgebox (electronics brain box) on the planter. I’d first check on the main connectors on the planter’s wiring harness as well. Make sure pins are clean and making good connection.
